WHO WE ARE
In 2014, we purchased this grand old lady on auction which was run down and tired. Being UCT graduates ourselves, it was fitting that the property is situated within walking distance of UCT’s campuses and opposite the Baxter Theatre, one of Cape Town’s most famous performing arts venues. In addition, one can also take a two-minute stroll up to the grocery store, pharmacy, fast-food restaurants and coffee shops.
